The first-ever EPIC Africa Summer School is set to launch on July 2nd, running through to July 12th, 2024, at the University of Energy and Natural Resources in Sunyani, Ghana.
This event is aimed at fostering local expertise in Water-Energy-Food (WEF)-informed modeling within the EPIC Africa framework. Participants will engage with a simplified version of the Ghana CLEWs model, developed by KTH under the EPIC Africa program. The summer school seeks to create a collaborative learning environment, enabling attendees to develop scenarios and models using the Ghana CLEWs model, thereby enhancing local capabilities in WEF nexus modeling.
